I take a holistic and trauma-informed approach to therapy, informed by Internal Family Systems (IFS), mindfulness and somatic awareness, and the principles of existential therapy.

The rate for all individual sessions is $120/session. I reserve a certain number of sliding scale slots for clients who have financial barriers.
